Macbeth's summary
Macbeth was fighting in battle from the very beginning of the story. People even King Duncan agrees that he is a very loyal to the king, honorable man, outstanding on the battlefield and very tough to kill. Macbeth and his companion-- Banquo, met the weird sisters and heard about what will happen in their future, so then them two wouldn't think it would happen till Macbeth heard about it and actually believes in it. Macbeth thinks he could change his fate to make it actually happening but the weird sisters are the one changing his fate. If Macbeth knew this would happen, he should of just do nothing about, let his life proceed, but no, he'd rather continue doing what the weird sisters are exactly doing. Macbeth was good person, he holds that honor but then Lady Macbeth changed him, make him try to do bad deeds to his lord, friends, or maybe the rest of Duncan's kingdom to succeed taking over the king's throne. He evil on the inside but appears to be very respectful on the outside.

Aspects of Macbeth
Appearance vs. Reality: Machiavelli believes that on the inside, you can be good or bad. On the outside, you must appear to be good. This character Lady Macbeth shows to be true because inside of her, sense her change of bad deeds but on the outside, pretending to do good deeds. The discussion between Lady Macbeth and her husband changed her, she wants to try to act and help make her husband manly enough to do bad deeds.
Gender Roles: Lady Macbeth changed as a women into a man. Macbeth still acts like a woman for doing good deeds, so his wife is trying to help turn him into a man although he's too weak to do bad deeds with her. Apparently we would think that men are most stronger than women.
Loyalty and Honor: Macbeth was an loyal and honorable person to King Duncan at first, til then he suddenly been changed and wants to assassinate the king himself so he could take over his throne and his kingdom.

Leadership
An effective leader is a person with a passion for a cause that is larger than they are, someone who is taking action, trying to get others to do something they want to see done. Someone with a dream and a vision that will better society, or at least, some portion of it. Leadership also implies values. A leader must have values that are life-giving to society. It is the only kind of leadership we need. This then also implies values that are embedded in respect for others. So often we think of people skills or caring about people as being “warm and fuzzy.” I think a leader can be of varying ‘warmth and fuzziness,” but a leader has to respect others. You can’t lead without it. Otherwise we are back to manipulation. Respect means also that one can deal with diversity - a critical need for a leader in today’s world, probably always has been, although diversity may have been more subtle in the homogeneous societies of the past.

Machiavelli
Niccolo Machiavelli was an Italian philosopher also a writer based in Florence during the Renaissance. Born in May 3rd 1469, Florence in Italy. He was most famous for his short political subjects, The Prince, has written in 1513. Machiavelli’s purpose of writing The Prince, for practical reasons, Il Principe was written to Lorenzo Di Medici who had recently risen to become ruler of Florence with the help of his cousin who was currently pope. This abolished the pre-existing Republic in which Machiavelli held a very high level "cabinet position". As a result of this association, Machiavelli was forced out of his position and moved into a farmhouse outside of the city limits. The prince is written in order to curry favor with Lorenzo by attempting to write a handbook for rulers. Although he had written extensively in the discourses about the superior nature of republics, the Prince only talks about absolute monarchs and their consolidation and maintaining of power.
"Before all else, be armed." I think this quote is most relevant to leadership today. For example, most people needs to be armed like armor or weapons to protect themselves from any danger. Today through all these years, developing huge group of militias to be fully armed to protect themselves and for their country.
"Hatred is gained as much by good works as by evil." is good and bad for Pizarro. For example,He seems to have a lot of hatred in his mind, doing good deeds for his men and his country, and the sense of evil is inside him. He fought and conquered the Incas which gained him good and evil deeds at the same time.
"The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him." is the most useful for Incas. Having men around him is like you gain a lot of support from your army. Train them, gain more men, and have the ability to control them as a leader and raise their morality.
